how to plot the density point and the spatial coordinates?

Hello! I have a table with three columns: the first is the call density, the second is the longitudinal coordinate and the third is the latitude coordinate. I need to plot the points in the map, and for each point represent its density.... I have to understand how the density change in time for each point. Someone could me help??
