how to have step time in specific time

Hi I want to plot something like the picture below but i do not know how to change step time sth like this

i want my plot start from 800s and step time is something like below

There is a specific example in Custom Plot of System Evolution from Initial Condition. It describes in detail exactly how to do what you want.
