Not able to access circuit simulation onramp

I am not able to access circuit simulation onramp from simulink start menu in my PC despite it being mentioned that i would be able to do so

Currently, to see Circuit Simulation Onramp, you must have MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and Simscape Electrical installed.
