how to solve partial differential equation

[alfa*d*(d+alfa)*(d+sigma)*(d+gamma+m)/sigma*beta*A*(alfa+(1-u)d)] * partial differention of this {sigma*beta*A*(alfa+(1-u)d)/d*(d+alfa)*(d+sigma)*(d+gamma+m)} with rescpect alfa

Since there is no "=" sign anywhere, the above is not an equation, but only an expression.
sensitivity of R0 with rescpect to alfA=
alfa*d*(d+alfa)*(d+sigma)*(d+gamma+m)/sigma*beta*A*(alfa+(1-u)d)] * partial differention of this {sigma*beta*A*(alfa+(1-u)d)/d*(d+alfa)*(d+sigma)*(d+gamma+m)} with rescpect alfa
I don't from where sensitivity indices symbol is used . for sensitivity partial differentation of Ro with respect alfa
and the value of R0=sigma*beta*A*(alfa+(1-u)d)/d*(d+alfa)*(d+sigma)*(d+gamma+m)
and this term multiple of alfa/R0. and value of R0 is same
can you tell me how to partial differentciate in matlb
ok i will try thank you
