Arduino Support Package not installing after installation

Installed it 4 times already and watched it complete 3rd and 4th time;
restarted MATLAB;
restarted Windows;
reinstalled it a 3rd time. Still won't show up as an add-on. Can't call on it.
reinstalled with Administrator Privelages, still doesn't show up.

Have you tried to hook up Arduino board to your computer via USB to see if your MATALB package shows up a message saying "Arduino xxx board detected..... "
