TI f28379d C2000 serial (SCI) recieve

I cannot recive reight data with SCI recieve block I set the same baud rate and all serial setting
Just can transmit successfully.

I have the same issue when reveiving data from teensy. I managed to transmit data from f28379d launchpad to teensy via SCI trasmit but cannot receive any data via SCI receive block when I try to send something from teensy board. Did you managed to sort this out?
