Graphic color that changes according to data

Hi all, I am working with data spreadsheets that allow me to plot strain versus stress. I would have liked to know if on the same graph, the color of the graph could change according to the percentage of the deformation. For example below 10% it is blue, between 10-20% it is green etc.
