how can i get a column by it's variable name

can someone help me please

My code :

A = uigetfile

Masse = readtable('Masse_rouleaux.csv',opts, 'ReadVariableNames', true);

w = {A(1:2)} % it returns the first two characters of the filename -> W = '06'

Masse_ = Masse.w; % i need the column whose title is "6"

it takes w as a column title, but i need the result of w on it
