Matlab fails to install on Mac Book Pro

I cannot install Matlab_R2022a on my MacBook Pro (Monterey v12.2.1). I tried several times and the installing procedure always stops at around 90% and after a while there is an error message saying that "There was an error downloading product files. Check your internet connection and then rerun the installer". I have tried this about 5 times it aborts at more or less the same point (90%). I have more than 700 gBs of disk space available and a stable and very fast internet connection. Any ideas?
ps! After this trouble I now only try to install the Matlab core (no toolboxes or simulink).
Any hints as to how to resolve the problem is highly appreciated.

Thank you for this answer. There seems not to be anything in the linked thread that suggests a solution to my problem, but perhaps I should repost my question there?
Well, I was facing the same problem until I installed the MATLAB using my mobile internet.
Hi Brynjulf,
Did you try all the solutions described by the MathWorks support team as an answer ?
Dear Kiran. I did not find any relevant "solutions", do you mean in the link you posted? Perhaps I did not find what you are referring to. I saw something about turning off antivirus programs etc, and some about proxy servers, but I cannot see that any of these issues apply to my situation.
I think I must have tried nearly 10 times (over many weeks), and the Installer always stalls at 90% and reports that it cannot download the product files and that I should check my internet connection and try again. I never had this problem before. I am trying just to install Matlab core without any toolboxes or Simulink.
Hi! I have exactly the same problem with installing R2022a on MacOC Monterey - the installer stalls at 53% and reports " There was an error downloading product files. Check your internet connection and then rerun the Installer". I am also on very stable and fast internet connection, this could not the problem.
Thanks. I finally tried this myself, spending about half my bandwidth subscription on the mobile phone for the month. But it worked! Thanks for responding.
