GPS spoofing simulation based on the data from GNSS receiver

I am currently working on an anti-spoofing algorithm, I have to simulate a spoofing attack such as a fake coordinates of my current location. I got some data from my GNSS receiver(u-blox). How can I do to simulate a spoofing attack?
