Stability diagram doesnt yield appropriate model order

Hello,
I have a frequency vector and a frequency respose function matrix, from which i am trying to generate the stability diagram and model order. However, i dont get appropriate model order on the peaks. Does anyone have a clue of what could have gone wrong?
Synthax
modalsd(frf,f,fs,'MaxModes',40,'FitMethod','lsce','FreqRange',[100 500])
