Solving PDE non-linear system using method of lines

I am trying to solve a system of non linear PDEs using s-function level 1. Something goes wrong regarding the simulation of my s-function and I do not know why. Method of lines for this system of equations work well but when trying use the s-function, errors come on the way. The files are attached as .m file for the function script and s-function.
