Constant PQ load using Simscape 'Specialized Power Systems' toolbox

Is there a way to model a constant PQ load using Simscape 'Specialized Power Systems' toolbox?
I'm trying to model a small feeder network using both constant Z and constant PQ loads. Target goal is to provide mitigation to ensure compliance with IEEE 519 and IEEE 18. All load blocks in the SPS toolbox appear to be a constant Z (outside of load flow analysis which I'm not doing here).
Simscape Electrical blocks appear to be constant PQ, but modeling loads in simscape and everything else in SPS and converting between the toolboxes using 'Simscape Interface Element' conversion blocks drives up #blocks and approaches license limits.
I was hoping to stay within SPS toolbox since many of the other models (PV/Wind etc..) are in this toolbox.
Simplified example below using unbalanced 3-phase load P = [17 66 117]kW, Q = [10 38 68]kVAR. Rated load voltage @ 4.16kV, setting source at 1kV indicates constant PQ behavior for Simscape model, and constant Z behavior for SPS model.
Any insight is appreciated!

It is best to stick with a single technology. I believe there are ways to solve your problem in either technology. In Specialized Power Systems I believe you can use the Three-Phase Dynamic Load block.
