How can i include a .txt file and a PNG file image in program

I want to include a PNG image file and a txt file, so how can i use them in program

imread can read .png files. textscan can read txt files. Beyond that you'll have to be more specific about what you want to do.

Can you please explain how to plot the coordinates in the text file on the image file.... ??
