Hi Aoumria,
I understand that you are working with resting state 'fMRI' and are looking to generate 'Atlas' images using MATLAB.
You may find the following discussion link useful for displaying 3D images from 'fMRI' data:-
For creating 'Atlas' images, the "CanlabCore Toolbox" might be of great help. It contains a variety of functions that could be utilized for your purpose:-
The "CanlabCore Toolbox" is a repository of functions used in neuroimaging data analysis and it includes toolboxes, including 'fMRI' design optimization, 'fMRI' analysis, various 'fMRI' diagnostics, and functions for visualizing brain data.
I hope it helps,
Thanks and regards,
Akash.
