Prediction model having zero value for variable results NAN P-value

I am developing a quadratic model. the coefficient for one variable is zero and which results P-value as Nan. What may be the reason for this situation and how can we solve it?

Similary, while running this model, a different message has shown in command window i.e " Warning: Regression design matrix is rank deficient to within machine precision. "

What may be the solution for this problem?
