Nonlinear matrix vector form

[K]{w}+({w}/(1+a*{w}))={q}, in this equation only unknown column matrix is {w}. Can anyone tell me, how I can solve this to evaluate {w}.

What is the meaning of the square brackets and curly braces? Please do not invent a new notation expecting that the readers knwo, what it means.
If "{w}" is a column vector, this expression is not defined, because you cannot divide by vectors.
Exactly describe what K,w,a and q are (scalars or - if arrays - with dimensions).
A "column matrix" says nothing ; every number can be interpreted as a "column matrix".
