I need help in Coupled Second order differential equation solution. I am using the method of converting these equations into system of coupled first order equations

Please post the original problem and what you have done so far. Then ask specific questions about the problems you are having with your code.

I am not certain what you are asking. If you want to convert one or more differential equations to a system of first-order differential equations, and if you have the Symbolic Math Toolbox installed, set the differential equations up symbolically and then use odeToVectorField and then matlabFunction to create the anonymous function to use with one of the numeric differential equation integrators. Use the ‘Vars’ name-value pair to be certain the time variable is included in the argument list, and as the first argument. (I usually do this because it avoids the algebra errors that I frequently make with more complicated equations.)
