Hi all
Maybe is a too fancy feature, but has any of you managed to show a webpage as tooltip on a Matlab GUI?
I have a uicontrol field and currently it has a tooltip on its properties (so, when you place the cursor on it you get a small explanatory text), would it be possible to show a webpage instead of a simple text?
thanks!!
Andoni

You might be able to add a clickable link to the web page in a data tip, haven't tried it.
I'm having trouble imagining what a web page would look like in a data tip. Could you provide an example or use case?

If you want to customize your UI to this extent, you might want to use the uihtml and create the UI in html. https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/uihtml.html
Please do take note of the limitation on support available.
You will need to implement the callbacks between matlab and javascript.
You might want to do a minimal test to verify that any javascript libraries you use are going to work inside uihtml.
