In previous itterations of matalb when code was paused to debug you got a dropdown menu in the run box to select what workspace to view, however this is missing in R2022a and I can not find a way to re-add it in the menu
Hopeing you can help

re: 'Clear Workspace' without a confirmation dialog, did you at one point select "Do not show this prompt again." on the dialog that shows up when you click Clear Workspace?
If so go into the Preferences (in the Environment section of the Home tab of the Toolstrip.)
Under MATLAB expand the General item.
Expand the sub-item Confirmation Dialogs under the General item.
The last dialog box that you can toggle is "Confirm when deleting variables" and if you selected "Do not show this prompt again" it should be unselected. Once you do and either Apply the change or press OK to exit the Preferences window, pressing Clear Workspace should bring up the confirmation dialog again.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for that response, it seems it was unselected.
This was a fresh install of 2022a and I don't think I've ever used the click button over just 'clear' when I want to clean the workspace, however this machine has stepped through all the versions between 2018-2022 so there might be something that was clinging on from many moons ago.
