I have Matlab R2022a installed in my computer (M1 Pro, macOS Monterey). Now, I need specifically MCR R2019b to run a comman-line tool in BrainSuite (they state "NOTE: THE EXACT VERSION NUMBER IS IMPORTANT. NEWER VERSIONS WILL NOT WORK.") .
I read in previous questions that different versions of matlab runtime can be instaled in same pc, but not in macOS. Is that correct?
If true, in this specific case what would you suggest?
Thank you.

Hi Daniela,
As per my understanding, you want to install multiple versions of MATLAB in macOS
Yes, you can do that, the installers for MATLAB are setup so that you can install multiple releases of MATLAB. On Mac, the installer does this automatically.
For more information you can refer to: Multiple MATLAB's on one computer
If you still have any doubts, feel free to reach out to MathWorks support: MathWorks Support
Thanks,
Kunal
