MATLAB doesn´t open after activation

Hello,

MATLAB is showing me when I open the software that it has to be activated. Although I completed the activation twice (once via license file upload und once via email) with the software saying that the activation is completed, the same window keeps on appearing when opening the software again.

How can I solve this problem?
