ZYNQ 706 standalone application development through simulink

I have a MATLAB GUI for ZYNQ706 that runs through simulink files mean to say ZYNQ software interface model runs in simulink i want to developa standalone application that can be run on any PC without requiring the dependencies how is it possible to accompolish this
