When I am trying to install MATLAB Web App Server it is giving HTTP Error Code: 12007

I need to host some of my matlab web apps over matlab web app online server. But when I am trying to install the server setup located at path: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022a\toolbox\compiler\deploy\win64\MATLABWebAppServerSetup it is throwing HTTP Error Code: 12007.

Also if I am trying to reinstall the MATLAB Web App Server Product by MATLAB installer, the MATLAB WebApp Server Product is not coming listed in the list of all the Products.
