Please, FIR, try to care for a proper English. My English is not perfect also, but I try to make the reading as easy as possible, e.g. I release the caps-lock key, when I do not need it. Currently your question looks like you do not care about the readers. The lack of details supports this impression.
You wrote, that *you* read the score and *you* write the wrong numbers to textpad. Does this mean, that you need a new pair of glasses or that you keyboard is damaged?

The "ocr" read the score and "writes it to NotePad", but the results are wrong.
You do not provide any information about what "ocr" is and how it "writes to Notepad". There are thousands of programs for optical character recognition, but I have never seen one, which can write into NotePad. Usually they export text files, which can be opened e.g. in NotePad... With this limited set of details this is the deepest possible analysis:
- "ocr" fails
- "Writing to NotePad" fails
- or both
- or "INJTO" is correct and your assumption "IND 77-1" is wrong
Although I do love Matlab and work every day with it, I do not trust any programs for OCR. Reading 8 characters can be done much more reliable by a human. There are several services inthe internet, which post such pictures as gaptchas and return the result typed in by volunteers.
