L1 = 26
R = 16 ;17 ; 19 ;25 ;26 ; 27 ; 30 ; 31 ; 32
Q = 9.74 ; 11.047 ; 13.88 ;24.45 ; 26.49 ; 28.56 ; 35.44 ; 37.88 ; 40.41
L2 = 28
R = 15;16;17;19;21;22;29;30;31
Q = 7.82 ; 8.9492 ; 10.16 ;12.78 ; 15.7 ; 17.28 ; 30.55 ; 32.74 ; 34.94
sly more values are there

you can use the plot3 function to plot a 3D line, see below for a demonstration.
L1 = 26;
R1 = [16 ;17 ; 19 ;25 ;26 ; 27 ; 30 ; 31 ; 32];
L1 = repmat(L1,numel(R1),1);
Q1 = [9.74 ; 11.047 ; 13.88 ;24.45 ; 26.49 ; 28.56 ; 35.44 ; 37.88 ; 40.41 ];
L2 = 28;
R2 = [15;16;17;19;21;22;29;30;31];
L2 = repmat(L2,numel(R2),1);
Q2 = [7.82 ; 8.9492 ; 10.16 ;12.78 ; 15.7 ; 17.28 ; 30.55 ; 32.74 ; 34.94 ];
figure
hold on
plot3(L1,R1,Q1)
plot3(L2,R2,Q2)
xlabel('L-value')
ylabel('R-Value')
zlabel('Q-value')
grid on
