matlab error for eacfault function

please help me to use eacfault function in mat lab 7.9.0 R2009b because when i use it in m-file mat lab error Undefined function or method 'eacfault' for input arguments of type 'double'

Tamer - the error message could be telling you that you don't have this function. In the Command Window type
which eacfault -all
to find the location of this file within your MATLAB search path. If you don't have this function, then you will see something like
'eacfault' not found.
If you see the above but do have the file, then you will have to add the folder (where this file can be found) to the MATLAB search path.
As an aside, how are you using/calling this function? Is this the same function that can be found on the FEX at http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/40818-power-system-analysis?
