How do I find the correct motor parameters?

Hi,
I am currently using the pe_pmsm_drive model. It works so far, but I am not finding the right parameters for my motor, so that it matches the curve in the "datasheet".
Here are the values I have from the motor and what I derived from them:
Number of poles: 20 (I assume these are the pole pairs, otherwise 40)
Flux: I found the following formula: flux = kt * sqrt(2) / (3* poles) which gives me with the known kt of 0.138 Nm/A a flux of 0.0032 Wb (again assuming, that poles the number of pole pairs is)
Ld and Lq are not known and have to be found as well as L0 (changing it didn't show any effect on the results, so I just ignored it for now).
Motor phase resistance: no clue on that as well.
Now to the output parameters of the motor: It should achieve 31.5 Nm max at 230 Arms. When the DC-Bus voltage is at 60 Vdc, it should be able to reach 5000 RPM with no load and 3000 RPM at full load (31 Nm)
How can I calculate or find out the correct parameters? I already tried the brute force soulution with a script alternating 2 parameters and building a 3D map but I didn't get the motor to turn fast enough (see picture, 5000 RPM should be achieved, torque is too low / goes down too fast)
And yes: Unfortunately I am limited to 60 Vdc.
Thanks already for your help!

I would suggest you ask the manufacturer for a datasheet.

Simscape Electrical has added a PMSM Parameterization from Datasheet test harness for rated and stall conditions. This should add confidence that a PMSM is correctly parameterized from a datsheet.
