You can use a Memory block, subtraction block, and gain block to approximate a differentiator, implementing the equation dx/dt = (x(2)-x(1)) / dt.
Counter block could be done with a memory block, add block, and constant 1 block.
Integral blocks would be more challenging since there are so many possible integration algorithms. Simulink provides blocks with a wide variety of options for all these things.
