The question is not clear. What did you try? Did you follow the instructions and contacted your local customer support?

What does "where are my trial" mean? The message tells you, that you did not get a trial version yet. Without having a trial version, where should it be? In Nirvana?

Trials cannot be offered through the automated system under at least two circumstances:

• if you happen to live in one of the countries under embargo from the US State Department
• if you happen to live in one of the countries served by a distributor, in which case you need to deal with the distributor
