matlab自带神经网络工具箱的一些疑问

我使用的是2015b版本，使用自带的feedforwardnet，patternnet两个函数进行拟合和分类，但是我看文档不懂这是哪一种类型的神经网络，是BP神经网络吗，还是普通的feedforward神经网络？函数里可以自己设置节点数，想设置隐层层数找不到方法，可以设置隐层层数吗？

feedforward([4,3]),则规定有两个隐藏层为4个神经元和3个神经元
