Simulink External Mode with a TI C2000 DSP

I'd like to use the External Mode in Simulink on a TI TMS320F28035 microcontroller. I also figured out that I have to connect the target board via CAN-Bus to the host computer.
My Question is now what Hardware (USB<-->CAN or something like this) and maybe also external Software (Drivers etc.) do I have to use?
