Control 6 Stepper Motors like a 6 Axis Robot

Hi im building a 6 axis robot at home and im currently using an arduino. The movement works etc but now i need to do Kinematics and i've seen rough examples about this on matlab and since i need to switch platform to an actual computer matlab might be my solution for this
This is my progress so far and im curious about what matlab has to offer in this topic.
