How to draw digital circuit of transfer function H(Z)

Hello, I have derived the transfer function of H(Z) from given equation but I dont know how to plot that transfer function into digital circuit. I tried to read forum and youtube video but so far no help at all. Can someone please help me with this. below is my equation
