Hi,
I have the simple trigger made in Orcad as in the attachment. I wanted to try co-simulation with Simulink, also in the attachment . However, I get the error
ERROR(ORPSIM-2601): Error in creating cir file.
What does it mean exactly, and how do I fix it?

Hello,
I understand that you are facing an error "ERROR(ORPSIM-2601): Error in creating cir file" while trying to co-simulate a trigger made in Orcad with Simulink. This error usually indicates an issue with OrCAD's ability to generate a .CIR file which is necessary for the simulation process.
You can resolve the issue by following the below steps:
  1. Ensure that your circuit design doesn't have any errors or inconsistencies. All components should be properly connected and all the necessary parameters should be correctly defined.
  2. Cross-verify your simulation settings and configurations in OrCAD. Make sure you have selected the correct simulation profile and all the required options are set correctly.
Please refer to the Simulink documentation for more information: Simulink Documentation - MathWorks India
I hope this helps.
