Zero inflated poisson regression model for multilevel data in matlab.

I have a multilevel count data with many zeros, the exploratory analysis directed me to a zero inflated poisson regression model. Could anyone assist me how to analyze a zero inflated poisson regression model for multilevel or hierarchical data in matlab please.

I am not aware of any way to do this analysis using built-in MATLAB functions. Google search turns up this File Exchange submission, this github repo, and this explanation of the math. (These look to all be from the same author or group.)

I don't think it does everything you need, but maybe it will give you a head start.
