MATLAB Mobile accelerometer data collection - recording stops at random intervals.

Hello,
I am trying to record acceleration values during a half hour walk using MATLAB Mobile and an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE). I start recording from the app, then lock the screen and keep the phone in my pocket. The recording starts normally, continues for a few minutes, then there is no data collection in any axes for a few minutes, then the recording starts again without any input from me. Is there any way I can have a continuous recording for 10-15 minutes?
I am using MATLAB 2022a and have tried this with both Android and iOS phones with similar results. You can see in the timetable that timestamps jump a few minutes.
I am adding an example plot for X-axis and the related timetable. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Meryem,
I understand that you are using MATLAB Mobile to record acceleration values during a walk using your Android phone. However, the recording stops and starts at random intervals, resulting in missing data.
One possible reason is that your device’s power-saving mode or battery optimization settings are interfering with the app’s background activity. I recommend disabling these settings for MATLAB Mobile and monitoring if the issue persists.
Regards,
Shivam
