MATLAB Onramp is not shown

After I have downloaded MATLAB Onramp from the Add-Ons.
When I open the simulink, it is not shown in the Simulink Start page.
Although I have restart the MATLAB many times.

It looks like MATLAB Onramp is not available in the MATLAB add on's,
other alternative is doing this course online for free on MathWorks site .
