Fraunhofer Line Depth (FLD) for Sun Induced Fluorescene (SIF)

I am asking what is the algorithm of FLD? The data ara prepared well. however, Matlab doesnt have this function to calculate SIF. Anyone know? many thanks

Hi,

There isn't a pre-built FLD function in Matlab, but you can write your own function by following the basic steps of calculation.
