Automatically shifted from matlab online to matlab online (basic) version

I am using matlab online version for my computer vision course but few days ago it stops supporting some file and giving errors while running scripts. It shows these add ons are not supported. But in starting it all are working fine

Historically, in order to use MATLAB Online, you needed to be under Software Maintenance Services (SMS). Student licenses have a year of SMS upon purchase, but SMS expires after that if you do not pay the yearly fee.
That said... if the problem started Wednesday or Thursday, then you might possibly be running into issues with the upgrade of MATLAB Online R2023a to R2023b.

MathWorks provides free access to MATLAB for learners enrolled in these courses, but it is a temporary license that lasts for the duration of the course. Since MATLAB Online does not yet fully support all the workflows covered in this course, this course provides a desktop install. Please visit Week 1 of the course to access the version of MATLAB provided in this course.
This is separate from your question about why your version of MATLAB Online changed. For that, I suggest reaching out to your license administrator if you have one, or contacting MathWorks support:
