How can I solve this question about Global Optimization Toolbox?

How can I solve this question When I use the MatlabR2019a?
"Global Optimization Toolbox is not installed. Please install it to use particleswarm"

It looks like you have not installed the Global Optimization Toolbox.
If that toolbox is included in your license, you can install it using the Add-Ons Explorer in the Home tab.

In some cases, the Add-on Explorer would give the option to purchase a toolbox that you do not have a licence for. However I do not know if it would do that for a licence as old as yours.
If you are not under Software Maintenance then you will need to contact Mathworks Sales to find out your options. The policy might have changed since I last talked to sales 15-ish years ago.
