solving Laplace equation using boundary conditions

There are two boudary conditions for laplace equation in electromagnetism. I want to use the Dirichlete boundary conditions to plot using mesh and surf

This is not a question about MATLAB. Just solve the problem, using those boundary conditions. Then plot, using any tool your heart desires.

The possible MATLAB tool to do this is the PDE Toolbox.
