in the MATLAB R2021 version, I can see the ANN weights and bias in network TAB but in version 2023 I could not see the option

Hi Vengatesh,
I understand that you are unable to see the weights and bias values of a neural network via the Network tab.
You can work around this issue by accessing these values programmatically. To do this, you can use “getwb” and “separatewb” functions to get and Separate biases and weight values from weight/bias vector. For example:
[x,t] = simplefit_dataset;
net = feedforwardnet(20);
net = train(net,x,t);
wb = getwb(net);
[b,iw,lw] = separatewb(net,wb);
In the above example, “b”,iw” and “lw” are bias, input weights and layer weights respectively.
Refer to the following MATLAB Documentation to know more about the “getwb” and “separatewb” functions:
Hope this helps!
