Why am I not getting mass balance in the PEM Electrolyser Example?

6 views (last 30 days)
I am studying the Simulink Example Model of PEM Electrolysis System. In the example model, I am finding that the mass of water entering is not equal to the sum of moist Hydrogen and moist Oxygen produced.
Help me understand where the missing mass of water is accounted for and how to measure it.

Inside the Cathode gas Channels, is a pipe representing hydrogen gas flow channel.
The W port of the pipe gives the rate of condensation occuring inside the pipe. This is where we can find the missing mass of water.
H2O_in = H2 + O2 + (water vapor in hydrogen) + (condensate in cathode)
