Cannot login to Matlab Drive Online

Dear support team,

in Technical University of Crete in Greece, we have a Matlab Campus Wide Agreement.

Our users login to Matlab and Mathworks using IDP Shibboleth.

There is no problem when signing in to Matlab or to Mathworks portal, but when trying to login to Matlab Drive Online, after every login via Shibboleth IDP, it returns back to login page.

• We visit https://drive.matlab.com
• We enter our email address
• mathworks redirect us to shibboleth login page where we enter the user credentials
• shibboleth releases the appropriate user attributes
• we notice a files?status=SUCCESS in URL but
• it returns back to drive.matlab.com/login page

After that, we opened a second tab in the same browser and tried to login to mathworks.

Login works without any problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
