Is it possible to replace link element in SAP2000 with a damper modelled in MATLAB?

I numerically modelled th SMA damper in MATLAB. now I want to implement it in SAP2000. I want to replace the link element in single bay frame (SAP2000) with a SMA damper (MATLAB). kindly give any documents or code related to it.
