When I installed it, it showed that it was not compatible with Windows. How should I solve it?

I want to install the matlab help document offline, but after cd to .\bin\win64, when I enter mpm, it prompts that mpm is hexadecimal and is not compatible with 64-bit windows.

I was able to install offline documentation in R2023b without any errors. This issue might be caused by using a version of the MATLAB Package Manager (MPM) that is not included with the documentation ISO image.
You can refer to the steps in the following link to download the ISO file and install documentation offline for MATLAB R2023b:
I would suggest using the MPM version included as a part of the downloaded ISO image to install the offline documentation.
If the issue still persists, you can consider contacting MathWorks Technical Support:
Hope this is helpful.
