Generating Time history from PSD

Hello,
I'm working on a project to determine the number of stress cycles in vibration fatigue and have been looking for a Matlab code to convert stress(or acceleration) PSD into Time History data using IFFT so that I can implement RAINFLOW counting algorithm. Please provide the suitable Matlab code for the same.
