gui- panel

i create number of panels in guipanel. i want close a specified panel, at the same time new panel will appear in that same place.

What is "guipanel"? How do you close the panel? Without seeing the code, we can only guess, what your program is doing...

If you just use several panels and try to implement a way similar to tab panel, you have to use your code to hide one and show another. Follow this post http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/7146-the-problem-of-scrollbar

If you have R2011a or later, there is a built-in uitab which makes the job a whole lot easier.
