Hello,
we have several License posibilities under our License Agreement.
In my Mathworks Account (Admin) I do have several offers;
I was asked by a User of our license, If I could unlock MATLAB (designated computer) for him. First I added him as user. Then he could login to his mathworks account. Unfortunatelly he has only the MATLAB (Individual) License opportunity.
What did I do wrong ? May anybody help me ?
Best regards, Derek

In my previous Comment, I requested that when MathWorks responds to you with a solution for your problem, to please post the solution that MathWorks provides as a Comment here.
I apologise for not being clear on that.

The answer is No, not when you are using a Total Headcount license.
You will need to work with Mathworks Support to arrange a Dedicated Computer license.
