Offering Designated Computer Activation

Hello,
we have several License posibilities under our License Agreement.
In my Mathworks Account (Admin) I do have several offers;
I was asked by a User of our license, If I could unlock MATLAB (designated computer) for him. First I added him as user. Then he could login to his mathworks account. Unfortunatelly he has only the MATLAB (Individual) License opportunity.
What did I do wrong ? May anybody help me ?
Best regards, Derek

Great!
Please post the solution that MathWorks provides, since you may not be the only person with this problem.
Hello,
the problem is not solved, because I got no answer exept to "Include the URL to this thread in your message to MAthWorks.". That is done ;-)
Best regards, Derek

The answer is No, not when you are using a Total Headcount license.
You will need to work with Mathworks Support to arrange a Dedicated Computer license.
Please, sorry for my slow understanding. Maybe I haven't explained it in a understandable way. We have many user working under our license agreement with "designated computers". I have also no problems in activation a computer in the admin section. At the moment we have over 170 Computers activated under the "designated computer license". But an IT-Admin of a specific Institute wants to do it by himself and asked me, how to do it.
